Online Returns

• Returns must be received within 10 days after item is shipped from our store.
• Items that are shipped out can only be returned by mail, in store returns will not be accepted
• Returns are the responsibility of the customer

• If the return brings the total to below $100 we will charge the original shipping charge
• Returned items must have all tags attached and unworn
• There are no returns on items in damaged or used condition
• No more then 10 items can be returned per order
• Sale items are FINAL Sale, no refunds or exchanges
• All hair accessories are FINAL sale, no refunds or exchanges
